For simple repairs, we can quickly send you spare parts or entire parts of the device. If necessary, you can also use our factory repair service.

Please only send well-cleaned and descaled devices, otherwise you may incur cleaning costs!

If you have a warranty claim, please add proof of warranty (copy of the invoice).
